Add Spaceport Level reminders (Green Icon) for Technology while choosing research .

So you won't Mistake or Forget that ....... you Have not Reach Required Spaceport Level yet .

And also remind you that which tech has new module available.

PS. Spaceport II & IV have Icons just for Cor. & Des. Assembly Yard .( I Always Forget them ......)
