Hello, good to see you using this guide.
This is the first guide that I made so if you got feedback or anything like that just let me know.
I hope everything is clear, I tried to keep it simple.
How to change your time and date
  • Go to the bottom of the screen where your time gets displayed. Press on it to open the options/settings.




  • Now apoligies for having this part in Dutch but you should still be able to click on the same part as is displayed.




  • Open the calender to pick your date




  • Now pick the date. Either 25th of December or 31st of October.


XMAS
I enabled the x-mas event on One way to die by putting it on the 25th of December.
Halloween
Halloween is on the 31st of October so put your date on that, this should enable the halloween event.

This is super outdated so the menus look different.

@Noizi, Thanks for the reply.

Yes, I tried both ways and also in offine mode. None of these seemed to work and the game crashed each time.

If I can get on a PC in the meantime I will try it and see if I can get them :) If not I will put a reminder on my phone to log on :P

Well I did try this on Windows 7. I am not sure if it works on OSX.
Did you try it with the game on? And once with the game off? Just so it doesnt crash?

(Its almost October though....) :happymeat:

Has this been patched? It does not work for me, the game just crashes. Is it becasue I am on MAC OSX and need to do it on a PC?
