What this build really does?

So first of all this build is recomended for cook off you can still use it in any loud heist but it prefers cook off

Pros:
1 you can have 2 medic bags 1 ammo and you can switch (2 ammo 1 medic bag)
2 you can easily help teammates
3 you have the ability to survive when you are in a tight situation
4 you can kill a lot of cops without going down
5 you can save teammates when you have 0 health

I want to advise some useful primary weapons but you can use any from your weapon collection :D

Gl40(incindiary rounds are really useful)

Plasinder bow

Heavy crossbow

Flamethrower(because now you can pick up ammo with it)

Platypus 70 sniper rifle

Nagant sniper rifle

I use grinder with two piece suit but some times i use anarchist with light ballistic vest

I love this build, I really do. I've used on deathwish cook off and we were able to hit 3 hours, me only going down 3 times during it all. The only think I'd change is probably the stability increasing perks, for there are many useful weapons out there that can reach 100 stability without having to increase those perks. Other wise, I enjoyed this perk deck very much.
