The way I see it, there is enough stress in real life, and we play games to have fun. So I do my best to not get salty and learn from a loss. Watch the replay and see where I messed up or perhaps pick up on a new stratagy that I did not know about before.
That is how you grow as a player and get better. Not by calling the other player a spammer and cussing them out, or declaring EZ, or "Don't even play, uninstall" when you win. That only makes people not want to play and drives away the player base, which in turn helps kill the game faster.
