THe Mod is a easy way to abandon yourself's planets form your territory.
If you have too many planets and populations, the research progress will be slow.
The orient method to cut down the number of planets need to transport or purge each population on the planets, it is a long way to do,and reduce the Happiness.
This MOD only need to click a planet edict. Then the planet become to not colonized, and the Space Station of this planet will be destroyed.

there are two planet edicts can be used.

1. The first one named "Purge the Planet" can clear popluation on each tiles,but maintain all building on the planet.
2. The Second one named "Burn the Planet" can clear popluation and building on the planet.

initially ,the edict need 250 influence cost.

The capital planet can not use this edict.You can use "Change Capital Planet" MOD（download it at https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=695883812 （English）before this one.
