Required DLC & Infamy
First off we will start with the required infamy and DLC (besides the Dragan Character Pack, duh)

Required DLC:

Gage Weapon Pack #1

Gage Courier Pack

The Bomb Hiests

Required Infamy:

5 or above.
Weapons
Now that you have the required Infamy and DLC, let me show you the weapons you will be using:

Our Primary (as you should have guessed):

The Lion's Roar Rifle (obviously)

The mods we will be using on this are:

Barrel: Precision Barrel

Barrel EXT: Competetor's Compensator

Boost: Accuracy if you have it

Custom: Auto Fire

Gadget: The mini laser

Sight: none or sights that only take 1 concealment.

Using all of these mods on our weapons will end us off with:

Magazine: 30

Total Ammo: 188 (due to Fully Loaded Skill [heh, spoilers])

Rate of Fire: The default being 857

Damage: 45.1

Accuracy: 76 (80 with Accuracy Boost)

Stability: 100 (max)

Concealment: 12

Threat: 13

Now onto our second weapon we have the Croatian Police Pistol:

The LEO Pistol (sort of obvious)

The mods we use on this to make it a nice backup and long ranged weapon is:

Barrel EXT: Flash Hider

Boost: Accuracy if you have it

Gadget: Mini Laser as shown

Magazine: Extended Magazine

Sight: Red Dot Sight

Slide: Custom Slide

These mods will end us off with the stats off with:

Magazine: 27

Total Ammo: 119 (due to the Fully Loaded Skill)

Rate of Fire: 361

Damage: 72.4

Accuracy: 76 (80 with Accuracy Boost)

Stability: 92

Concealment: 29

Threat: 11

You will also being using Dragan's Cleaver as your melee and be using Grenades (dlc or not) as your Throwable.

Skills
Now that you know what weapons with what mods we are using, lets discuss the skills we are using:

Mastermind:

The only skill we use in the Mastermind tree is Stable Shot Aced.

Enforcer:

When i was thinking about Dragan the first thing that came to mind was an accomplise to an arms dealer, so we are using a bunch of ammo skills to support this fact. We are also using the first skill in the Shotgunner Sub-Tree.

Technician:

The only skill we use in Technician is Steady Grip Aced because not only is Dragan as i have already said an accomplise to an arms dealer, but we also need the 16 stamina that this skill gives us.

Ghost:

I decided it would be a good idea if along side damage resistance we would have at least a tiny bit of dodge to help avoid getting hit so much. I also wanted Dragans weapons to do a bit more damage, so I added crits into the concoction.

Fugitive:

We use the Brawler Sub-Tree the most because of Dragan's Perk Deck (Which we are obviously using) which gives us benifits for using melee attacks and being close to your enemies. We get the Melee skills because it allows us to do more damage, which I know is not necessary for the Perk Deck but if your going to hit someone to regen hp then why not just hit them another time to 1. kill them and 2. get more benefits than what the Perk Deck alone gives you, like 50% reload time reduction. We also get Frenzy so we take 60% less damage on default. If we stay in a close radius with any enemy then we get a 24% less damage reduction and plus the 15% from the first skill in the Shotgunner Sub-Tree in Enforcer, we get a 99% damage reduction for 7 seconds and for the rest of that time we get 84% damage reduction. You just need to be in close to mid range of your enemies.
Things you need to be wary of
Even with 99% damage reduction your not invincible. This is only a 60% damage reduction if the enemy is a fair distance away from you. This being so, the only real counters of this build are Snipers and Dozers. These guys are considered counters because they do a ♥♥♥♥ ton of damage from long distances. If you see a dozer you can try to pick it off from a distance if he is distracted which i find myself doing lots, but i recommend you try to find a sneaky and cautious way over close to him, then throw a nade at his feet, shoot it so he doesn't have time to react, stunning it, and finish it off with your Primary. Be VERY cautious when you see that red laser float near you. Take cover and try to find where he is and fire at will with your pistol.
Other important assets used and Aftermath
You should be using a two peice suit and ammo bags to make this work.

After making all of the weapons, skills, and stuff, you should look like this:
And that's it!
You have just created a successful Dragan Build that makes use of all assets in the Dragan Character Pack and puts it into one DW Compatible Build!

If you like this build and have a fun time with it, I would really appreciate it if you could rate five, like, and leave a comment, I love to see what the Payday 2 Community thinks of my content. I also have to thank one of my friend Toka Nobert for giving me the idea of this build.

And before you go I would love it if you could take the time to check out my other builds:
