Description
This mod is a submod of the Full AI Overhaul.

It only changes the Planning Bonus to apply to the AI.
Mobile Warfare bonuses should stay intact for the player.

!!! ATTENTION !!!
This now changes the static_modifiers.txt file. Careful with other mods
