I feel the workshop is missing a selection of UK high street commercial buildings, so i aim to bring a few to help you create the high street of your dreams.

Building Info:
Type : Growable
Size : 1x2 layout
Density : High Level Commercial
Level : 1

How do i spawn these assets in game?
The best way to spawn these assets is to download the Building themes mod and create a new theme (or add the building to a current theme). Alternatively the two mods below are also very helpful:

- Building eyedropper tool: (essential for easy spawning)
- Control Building Level Up v0.4

Do these assets require any props?
Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them. I've added the props to the required items.

Model Info:
  • 641 Polys
  • 1,628 Tris
  • 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Illumination)
  • Custom LOD (74 tris)

Great! Could we maybe get a 3-4 story M&S, a bit like the one in Worcester. It has glass going down the front, sticking out for effect and I'm a fan of that as it adds a modern look to the high street
