Theoretical fix added... Once you show him the fetish he should no longer spawn... This will be fully fixed when I make his conversation mandatory.

Its been extra busy post con so I haven't had the chance to address the pictures you already raised yet. :( At least this one should be easy enough to fix. I really should make time this weekend.
