I think that'd be very difficult, as you'd need to figure out how to change their behavior ID (not the sprite ID) using the cutscene editor, which we can't currently do. I'd say your best bet to make them act like an enemy is to just have them shoot (using Attack) and aim it at the player.

Using the dialogue editor, there should be a dropdown menu below the head on the right, and you can choose the character/sprite it uses. To scroll through the options you need to move your mouse towards the bottom/top of the list.
