Description
When Captain Winters came along, he wanted to have weapons that were iconic. Things that when wielded, were to become the face of the the most well armed peacekeepers around. Unfortunately, these proved too heavy, cumbersome, and visually loud for the Cloakers they were designed for. They're probably in better hands with the Payday Crew anyway...
