Looking for fireworks
You start the chapter at the entrance of an amusement park. Just walk forward. Soon after, notice a large building to your right. It has a fence around it. Continue on towards the ferris wheel, you'll see it in the distance because it's big and brightly lit.

By now, you're used to the statues and you know how to deal with them. In this chapter, too, it's useless to destroy the statues with your hammer because they will respawn, although sometimes destroying a statue or two may be a good way to give you some breathing space for a moment, especially inside buildings.

The new element here are the clowns. You'll notice they walk around even when you're looking at them. When they spot you, they'll charge at you at full speed. The only thing to do at that point, is to sprint away from them. Luckily, you'll hear the music change when a clown is charging you, so that'll help. Also, the clowns don't follow you very far at all. So, as long as you are able to sprint, you'll have no problem staying out of their clutches. That means you may want to sprint in short, controlled bursts in this chapter, so you'll never be fatigued and unable to sprint when you're being charged by a clown.

Once you arrive at the ferris wheel, you'll see what you need to do: bring fireworks to the ferris wheel. In true 'Statues' style, you have no idea why you would do that, but you'll do it anyway. You only need to bring 8 crates of fireworks to the ferris wheel. Notice the counter says '0/10', so that would mean there are a few more crates than you actually need, which is nice. Unlike chapter 4, there is no Steam Achievement for collecting all of the items rather than the number you need. The reason is that a boss fight will start as soon as you brought the 8th crate of fireworks to the ferris wheel.

Now here is the good news: the game will save every time you bring a crate of fireworks to the ferris wheel. This, combined with the large area allowing you to put plenty of space between you and the statues at all times, made me personally feel that chapter 6 was the second easiest chapter of the game, right after the third chapter (subway).

So let's get started. You see a yellow glowing crate underneath the ferris wheel. Interacting with it will get you nowhere now. This is the item you'll need to click ('activate') in order to deposit a crate of fireworks you collected. So let's go collect one. Yes, one, because your character is not able to carry more than one crate at a time. So the way to do it is: collect a crate, bring it to the ferris wheel, collect a second crate, bring it to the ferris wheel, and so on.

Now, it's not easy to give specific directions to the crates of frireworks because the game has no compass or minimap. But you'll soon recognize the most prominent landmarks this area has to offer, so I'll use those to try and guide you. Also, I must admit I got confused sometimes after getting killed and having to restart. You have no idea how often I went back and forth between 'there is only one warehouse building' and 'there are two warehouse buildings'. So if you're sure I got something wrong or if you can add the two remaining spots where to find crates of fireworks, just post a message in the 'comments' section. I'm only trying to help, you know ;-)

I found a crate of fireworks:

  • In the middle of the large circus tent. Watch out because there is a clown patrolling the circle between the middle section and the tribunes.

  • On the rollercoaster tracks. There is a clown patrolling the tracks as well, so it may happen that you see him coming towards you and can go nowhere but back. In that case, so be it. Go back and walk the other way. After all, rollercoaster tracks only go two ways. But watch out for the statues because they will follow you onto the tracks.

  • On a large stage with guitars and such on it. Again, a clown is patrolling the area in front of the stage. You can only climb the stage at the other side of where the crate is.

  • In the warehouse, i.e the large building you see on your right just after you enter the amusement park. It has a fence around it. Enter the building, go upstairs to the second floor and enter the room opposite the wall with the text 'Stay with me' on it. It's the same room where you find the note. Watch out because there are several statues in the building.

  • Unless I dreamt this, there is another warehouse opposite the first one. It has the same layout as the previous one and the crate of fireworks is in the same room as it was in the first warehouse. The only difference is that it doesn't have the text 'Stay with me' on the wall.

  • At the base of the stairs of one of the waterslides. There are a couple of huge waterslides in the area. You'll see the crate flashing from a distance beneath one of them.

  • In the area with tables and chairs, which is pretty much in the middle of the area.

  • In a blue and white striped tent next to a square with a (dry) fountain in the middle.
Boss fight
After bringing the 8th crate of fireworks to the ferris wheel collection point, you'll see a cutscene. After that, it's boss fight time. Although, there is no fighting involved, really. You need to move outside of the gates surrounding the ferris wheel and face the ferris wheel. Don't worry if you don't know where to go, after getting killed the game will place you in the correct position.

You're looking at the ferris wheel. Behind you is a circle of stones flying around. Touching that perimeter means sudden death. In front of you, you see a huge fire in the distance. To your left and right, you see two columns. The fire will come at you, leaving a hole where you can stand safely and let the fire pass beside you. The hole is either in the middle (where the lowest cart of the ferris wheel is), to the left (at the leftmost column) or to the right (at the rightmost column). So all you need to do is position yourself either behind the rightmost colum (R), behind the leftmost column (L) or in the middle (M), in front of the lowest cart of the ferris wheel.

The boss will throw 10 waves of fire at you.
  • This may be a single wall of fire => in that case, just move to the safe spot L, R or M.

  • This may be a double wall of fire, each with a hole where you can safely stand => in that case, move to the first safe spot and when the first wall of fire has passed, quickly move to the second safe spot to let the second wall of fire pass. Example: if the first wall of fire has a hole in the middle (M) and the second wall of fire has a hole to the right (R), we'll call it M + R.

Knowing all this, the sequence is simply: M, L, M + L, R, L, M + R, M + L, R + M, L + M, R + M.

So stay in the middle and let a wave of fire pass, then move behind the farthest column to your left and let the next wave pass, then move back to the middle and when the first wall of fire has passed, quickly move behind the farthest column to the left, etc.

After dodging all 10 waves of fire, you'll be prompted to go to the cannon. Turn to your right and run towards the cannon, that you'll see glowing in the distance. Click the cannon ('activate') and you'll see another cutscene. Now just follow the trail of fire the ferris wheel made to exit the amusement park. This ends the chapter.

On my play through, there were two crates in each of the warehouses, one on the first floor and one on the second.
