Enabling your console
At the bottom right hand corner(ish) there will be a button for options, click that. Now a menu will pop up as seen above, no worries bud no need to freak out over all this overwhelming text and options. Simply look for the 'Advanced' button and click that.
Now this will pop up, click on the empty box (clicking on it will make it check marked) enabling your console. Be sure to click 'OK' and 'Apply' when you are finished.
Opening your console and recording details
Now that you have enabled your developer console it's time to open it. Press your tilde key (~).

It should be right under your ESC key if you are using any U.S. standard keyboard.

This will pop up, now dont be afraid here everything you see in the console right now is not relevant yet. Now to record gameplay simply type 'record [demo name here]'. So for example "record aimbotter".

Now that you're recording you will be wondering when to stop, well all you have to do is type in 'stop' into the console. Literally just the word stop.

Congratz! You now know how to record rule breakers!! If you aren't sure that if you were successful in recording or stopping the recording look in the following console screenshot.

To make sure your recording went through (starting it) look for something in your console "] record [demo name here]" If you do not see any errors regarding it after the line of saying so then you're in the clear. If you do then you'll need to google your problem.
To be sure your demo recording stopped look for a line saying something along the lines of "] stop" "Completed demo, recording time [time here], game frames [fps here]."
Finding your recording (.dem file)
Now that you are done recording and want to submit your evidence you have to find your recording. Go into your Team Fortress folder then click on tf. Now look for your recording name, it'll look like [demo name here].dem, your recording will be a .dem file. It can only be played within Team Fortress 2 itself.

Great now that you know all this now what do you do? Well, you'll have to upload it to a file sharing site. Whatever site you use is up to you but knowing where your evidence is is crucial otherwise what's the point in all this.

When you upload your evidence onto whatever site it's time to take to the forums!
PLEASE NOTE that this guide was ment for the p3 (poniponiponi) servers, the following links are only if you catch a rule breaker on our servers. If it is off our servers and on another group's server please inform them and not us.

Clicking this will lead you onto the poniponiponi forums

@Bumi Actually I have it enabled and it works for literally any mode, it's a literal auto record but I suggest having a very very large hard drive if you plan on keeping any of those.

Luckily, I didn't FIND any cheaters yet! I'll favorite this anyway just in case I know a guy who cheats.

Also there is a new option in the Advanced Options menu that you can enable to record demos automatically.
