You don't need any external programs.
Really, ... trust me!
The host must open the port 27015 at its router / firewall and start the game.
Now other players can easily tap into the named and known game, depending on whether with or without PW.
Just so simply, ... and have fun!

Der Host öffnet den Port 27015 an seinem Router/Firewall und startet das Spiel.
Nun können sich ganz einfach andere Spieler in das benannte und bekannte Spiel einklinken, je nachdem ob mit PW oder ohne.
Ganz einfach, ... und habt Spaß!

Wetten ihr nutzt alle Windows ? Falls Ja, dann müsst ihr den Port auch in der Windows Firewall Freigeben, wenn das zu schwer ist schaltet die Firewall ganz ab, dann klappt es :)

just instal hamachi and create a server and the mate you are playing with has to be in the same hamachi server, and he join your server with your ip
