Wasn't Project MD released under GPLv3? You should probably include an offer of source in the description. https://oerg866.titandemo.de/projmd/download.html I believe this page has links to source code on it, so linking to it might be a good idea. Giving a link to the project itself would probably be nice to do anyway.

yet i do know about this and yes it might be taken down but it hasn't been taken down for a month so i guess sega didn't know about it
