I wish there was a cheat that slows the game clock.

Thanks man, my memory is bad but this guide is useful

[Requires Vercetti Mansion unlocked] its possible to make cash cheat:
1. get police car {hardest part :D}
2. drive it to mansion 's garage
3. start vigilante missions
4. get out of car & garage and wait until it close
5. type: "BIGBANG" you will receive some cash
6. go back to the car to start next mission and get more time
Repeat steps 4 - 6 more times , you will get more cash every mission , and you can get infinity $$$ :D

So...sadly no cash cheat not like GTAIII or San Andreas.
