This guide was made for my boyfriend ♥Reis♥. A wonderful guy who I don't want to live without, a guy who I can't live with though. Because of life and our circumstances that's life we've been separated physically for two years. Spiritually though I'm always beside him. And hope he's always beside me.
T&T to Offlanning
Tricks and Tips for offlanning is simple. Don't die and buy an iron talon.
That's the trick, stay alive with melee offlaners get an iron talon and tranquils. When your lane is pushed out beyond your safety zone, aka the river. You go back and farm with iron talon on the camps close to your ancients. Body block the creeps and push the lane back in your favor. If you have to give up the tower, do just that. Request for help first but do not die for it. Once you hit six, you should have a power spike and with a plus one to your lane able to get a free kill. On offlaners use your ultimate ability on solo people, do what it takes to get that kill. From here lanning phase is over and roam/protect offlane tier 2 as needed. Until you four man while your carry farms/split pushes.
Offlaners choice of items
This is a great item for offlaners. Just the baseline burst heal can get you out alive from a chain stun or that unexpected mid rotation. I would not recommended upgrading this item in lanning phase as your money is better invested in boots or another item on this list. The extra stats are helpful, but unless you're dominating your lane you won't find the gold to purchase this upgrade.

This is a great item for those mana dependent ranged heroes. Melee it's debatable but for ranged heroes such as windrunner it provides you with enough mana to stay in lane and use spells freely. Keep in mind though this item does disappear after 5 nukes so keep your eye on the charges. But it does provide more mana regeneration then a ring of basi does.

This is more for those melee heroes who would like to go to the jungle in between their creep waves to maximize their offlane experience. With this item you should be able to keep up with the enemy carry in levels and sometimes surpass them despite getting little to no lane experience. This also provides you with a midas like acceleration to your farm speed all game. So in your downtime go use this and clear the camp.

This is great on both melee heroes but much better on the ranged ones. As ranged heroes typically lack some armor and would appreciate the mana regeneration. Combo this with a raindrop and you should be able to spam nukes for last hits. Just make sure when you use your spells always hit a hero along with getting one last hit minimum. Realistically you want two last hits per spell but if you harass the enemy you're doing fine.

The HP regeneration for this outweighs the immediate mana. And should be held as long as possible, at least through the entire lanning phase. As someone comes to gank your lane you may use it if you need another spell. But you'd be better off with the HP over time aspect of the item. Great heroes to get this on is heroes with natural high HP regeneration like Nyx Assassin as you'll notice you'll be unkillable.

This goes without a saying for nine out of ten offlaners. If you don't know what boot to go tranquil is probably the right one. As the HP regeneration allows you to back up and fully heal, sure you lose some last hits but you won't have to run back to base to heal up which would only waste more time and experience.
