Diablo III UI (Clear Minimap Patch)

Description
Just a simple patch I made for the Diablo III User Interface mod which makes the map border transperent, as Clear Minimap is not compatible with the UI overhaul.

If your file name is too long, it won't export properly from GUTs and come out as 0.000mbs. Not sure if this the issue or not but has happened to me on numerous occasions.
