How do you add these to the post processing tab in gmod? I want to make my own

The mod was released in 2016, and here I am describing what and how it should look like... Y-yes...

I, as the owner of several gas masks, will say that the Overlay is made too simply.
I don't have an M40 gas mask, of course, but I did have gas masks with much smaller... Um... Eyepieces? Visor? I think you understand. I'm Russian, I don't know what you call it. In general, yes, I have gas masks PBF "Khomyak", PMG "Nerekhta", PMK-3 and others. So here's what I'm getting at:
The review should be wider for such a gas mask. In fact, the edges should be visible only from the top and bottom in the middle, and everything should be visible a little from the bottom, and the view, accordingly, is wider.
