Dragon Dung and NPC Hearts

Description
This mod:
Creates 39 new alchemy items, and alters 1 item (Jarrin root)
Creates 3 new alchemical effects
Odds and ends (listed below)

DISCLAIMER: This mod does many things (details listed below) and as such may conflict with or not be affected by a number of mods out there that you may have installed. The types affected would be: anything altering DeathItems of Actors; anything that alters Jarrin Root; mods that alter the vanilla archive of ingredients; anything modding food vendor items.

Details:

The 39 alchemy items are mostly new Hearts for all races except draughr and skeletons for obvious logical reasons. They are:
Arachnoid
Argonian
Atronach
Bovine
Boy
Girl
Bruin
Feline
Chaurus
Chicken
Crab
Deer
Elf
Elk
Equine
Fish
Fox
Giant
Goat
Hagraven
Horker
Khajiit
Lich (Dragon Priest)
Mammoth
Orc
Rabbit
Skeever
Spriggan
Troll
Vampire
Werewolf
Wolf
Wraith

Some items have been added to the sales list of meat suppliers (hunters and meat vendors). These will be items that make sense. City vendors will have domesticated animals and fish and crab hearts. Hunters will have wild animal hearts.

In addition, I have created 4 other ingredients:
Dragon Dung
Faery Dust
Hell Powder
Star Silt

Dragon Dung was the reason why I started this mod. It made no sense to me that a creature as large and voracious as a dragon would fail to leave its "mark", so-to-speak.

Faery Dust, Hell Powder, and Star Silt are premium items that are not easy to find or purchace. You might see them at alchemy shops for outrageous prices, or find them in the belly of a dragon

The new effects are:
Intangibility-makes the player incorperal for a time or until you touch something
Double Time- doubles your movement speed
Fortify Alchemy-obvious
**Fortify Shouts** (1.6312)
Added Jarrin Plant (modded existing superfluous one)

I have also created new Meshes and Textures for the Ingredients.

*1.16312
-Fixed issue with arachnoid heart rendering a human heart instead of the one I designed
-changed fortify alchemy to make it a little harder to obtain
-added new effect "Fortify Shout"

*1.21313
Slimmed the mod down. Many people complained that too much was changed. Therefore:
-the dialogue distance has been restored (there are a couple of mods that do this nicely if you search for them)
-removed the skill books
-restored the enchantments that were changed on the Saarthal necklace and Archmage robe
-set a chance of heart destruction to each death. Smaller creatures like rabbits have a higher chance whereas creatures like cows have a lower chance.
-Fixed a bug where all vendors received 10,000 gold

Try changing your mod order. You must have recently added a new mod that alters the deathitem of creatures.

I can't seem to find any of the hearts, as if they have no longer been included. I used to find all different types of heart, now only the playable races are able to have them

Why can I never find any dragon dung?

I placed them around dragon burial mounds. If you can't find any, it might be a bad DL. Honestly it's been forever since I played. You could try doing a search for the plant and then 'placeatme'
