Spark Progressive armor (Still working in WOTC)

Okay, doubt this can help me but, somehow my Sparks can not get upgraded armor like Anodized Chassis. I think Ive done all the research..ie...mech warfare, power armor, etc...but still nothing beyond the first tier armor. IM playing LWOTC with a on of mods, and its likely a mod conflict somewhere, but I have no idea.

Does anyone know a console command to actually give me a couple sets of higher tier armor for Sparks. Somehow even in the best Console Commands Lists its not there. I dont even know if its possible to console command one into existence.

Did some research and apparently it's base-game behavior to keep the heads from previous tiers. So, yeah, i'd be happy to update/reupload this mod with that fixed if someone told me how.

So, i found a bug. I can already use the heads of previous tiers (Need confirmation on wether this is vanilla behaviour now or if it's due to another mod), but now, i have several duplicates for every tier, including the heads that don't change between tiers. Fixed this by editing the config. Don't know much about modding, but i'd like to update the mod if this fix is needed. If anybody can tell me how, i'd appreciate it.

Update: Im Currently Busy with life and the like and I'm sorry I didn't get around to the new Update. So I wanted to make a statement.
From this point forward, I give the Entire XCOM community the permission to Edit and update Any and all of my mods as they so choose. No-one is expected to credit me for it if they don't want to. Thanks for the Memories Guys, Its been good but I don't know IF or WHEN ill be back, so this is kinda my last Oh-rah! See ya'll Later!

over on my all tier's unlocked version of the mod someone had tested it to see if it worked and they said it does, so in theory it should work just fine.
