More precisely I was doing sketch/outline animation first, then slowly filled them all simultaneously, and one finished frame per evening it was uhhh, full time/frames. Later I decided to really draw frame by frame per day (or more if have a time/will) and find it more effective.

I was making one frame per day, learning, without any hurry or deadlines. With experience it should be possible much faster. Not depends on software I guess.
