I got the files back thanks too Mod Tools. Ill be bringing a update for both buildings to fix LOD issues and ill test RICO compatability again.

I want to thank you guys for the friendly comments:) Sadly yesterday my GTX1070 burnt up. I wont be able to release the bigger 1:1 this week. Once my replacement gets in ill upload the bigger version asap.
