All of these mods have been selected to balance, enhance, and improve your Torchlight II experience. This collection is now focused on playing a New Character on Normal Difficulty with my latest mod changes. If you want an extra challenge, you can try playing the game at Veteran Difficulty, but it will be quite rough especially in the early acts.

Note: If you already have an existing character, you can temporarily change that character's difficulty by playing a self-hosted LAN game instead of the normal single player. The other way to change the difficulty for existing players is by either using the console commands or utilities such as Torchlight 2 Rapid Respec. http://clockworkcore.org/tl2rr.html

NOTE: In order to make everything work, you'll have to install this mod manually into your My Documents > My Games > Runic Games > Torchlight 2 > mods folder. Make a new folder called "Enhanced Retex Complete" and copy the "ENHANCED_RETEX_COMPLETE.MOD" file into this folder.

After downloading you might get blank files and folders and Torchlight II may crash when trying to install many mods and large mods all in one go. Delete any mods that do not seem to appear in your mods list when you launch Torchlight II with mods. They most likely were corrupted and you see them as blank folders. Try downloading mods individually (one at a time instead of Subscribe to all) then then Torchlight II and repeat the process until finished. Create a Torchlight II short-cut to click on constantly to make this process easier.

Sorry, I wasn't able to push out my latest update as soon as I would have liked; but I am sure that you will see that the wait was well worth it. I first dropped the two LAO Loot mods which while fun, become quite unbalanced once your character is playing over L60+ zones. This gave me back two precious mod slots to work with, oh why do we still have to suffer under these arbitrary mod limits.

With two mod slots free, I playtested many different combinations and found these two additions that just work perfectly with the overall collection. First, we have FEP+ by "Viz" & steffire3, which balances and brings back some of my all-time favorite Far East Pack classes with plenty of new content and additions to make them oh such much better. Then we have Dracos Gameplay Mod Pack, another great quality TL2 mod from Draco himself, adding another nice blend of old and new mods that'll improve your overall gameplay experience from early game to endgame mapping.

With these latest additions, you'll likely never run out of fun classes to try out and enjoy the classic Torchlight II gameplay that we all love so much.
