The problem with that is that not all soldiers have a cinematic model and those that do don't have all the animations needed, so it will be very inconsistent. Also, cinematic models can't efficiently change texture when upgraded.
If those things don't bother then you could look at AoM Heaven, they have a few mods that do that.
