Straight to the point:

Download this[vk.com].
Everything is 100% trusted, no viruses, no trojans, no s...tuff.
Just a .txt file called "free_crabs_500_exactly.txt".
Copy contents of that .txt and paste to a place where your Cortex Command is located here:
Default path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cortex Command/Base.rte/Loadouts.ini Or, if you have it installed to the other disk: ...\Steam Library\steamapps\common\Cortex Command/Base.rte/Loadouts.ini
(99% chance this is a true path)
Launch your Cortex Command and launch any activity(e.g. Tutorial Mission).
Go to Buy Menu>Presets and scroll down until it starts to lag and freeze.
Pick your crab loadout and choose it.
Try delivering it on the surface.
IT WILL BE LAGGING EVEN MORE!!!
