Tricky one, just gotta make a technical adjustment to a standard idea. You could spend hours on it though trying to spot it which can be annoying.

Took me a bit, but once I thought a bit about the placement of all the portal-able surfaces I guessed - correctly - how it was meant to be solved. Hint: you don't need the Aerial Faith Plate to fling yourself - you just need to find a way to get from a low place to a high place and fling yourself down from there.
