Save Files
To get everything unlocked immediately, one must first get to the save-file, whose location will vary depending on your operating system. See here:

Windows: C:/Users/[USERNAME]/AppData/LocalLow/noio/Kingdom
Mac OX X: /Users/[USERNAME]/Libary/Application Support/noio/Kingdom
Linux: /home/[USERNAME]/.config/unity3d/noio/Kingdom

Inside each folder, there will be an extensionless file named "unlocks". I highly recommend copying it and making a backup in case you break your unlock config.
Now, open this file with a text editor. Notepad will do. The inside of the file should look like this:

The above is my own save file. Now then, here comes the important part: there are 13 unlocks in the game, so to unlock everything you will add all the numbers missing from 0 to 13 into the "unlocked" brackets like so:

{"unlocked":[0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13],"recentUnlock":10,"forceRecentUnlock":2,"land":4,"gameFinished":true}

The above is my current save-file. Note that it is not necessary to change following variables: "gameFinished", "land", "forceRecentUnlock", or "recentUnlock". They matter very little, if at all, and all that comes to the point is that which is between the brackets of "unlocked".

Here are the IDs of the proper unlocks, courtesy of Pangolin:
0 = Statue: Archer
1 = Statue: Builder
2 = Statue: Scythe (farmer)
3 = Statue: Knight
4 = Superior Horses
5 = Warhorse mount
6 = Bear mount
7 = Stag mount
8 = Unicorn mount
9 = Dog
10 = Hermit: Ballista
11 = Hermit: Bakery
12 = Hermit: Knights

Note that I am not responsible for any and all decrease in gameplay experience quality.

I just wanted to note this works on Android as well, I was able to go back and turn off the broken unlocks like the Knight statue. The save files were located at "\Phone\Android\data\nl.noio.kingdom\files" for me.

We were able to change the number of gems in the islands file, just like the coins and stashed coins. In my case, "island-v35-c0-l0", corresponding to 1st island, in the data of "player 1", there is a section where it shows
{"name": "Wallet", "type": "WalletData", "date": "{\" coins \ ": 27, \" gems \ ": 7}
Then you can edit the number of coins and gems.

You're welcome. Anytime I can. Right, I know what it refers to -but I just wondered what it would do if you set it to true when you in fact had NOT cleared out the lair. Which one did you change to stash gems?

Thank you! Indeed. After some tests, I managed to change coins, stashed coins, gems and technology level and now the things are more "fair"..lol.
And "securedIslands", is about the islands that you cleared using the bomb in the nest. I already cleared the island 4 and now I have:
"securedIslands":[false,false,false,true,false]
If you discover how to unlock all the upgrades, please, let me know. :D

I've not played around with coins, gems, or the other unlocks yet, though, so I'm not sure. Still, with iron age unlocked from the get-go, unlocking the rest of the items should be easy!

@Brave Good job getting that far on your own; it doesn't look like you have much further to go from there. A cursory examination shows me that 'global' manages your profile and the campaigns, and 'island' manages each island's territory and objects, and possibly money. Therefore, if you want to unlock iron age, set "furthestUnlockedTech" to 3. You can unlock all lands by setting "furthestUnlockedLand" to 5. It looks like you might be able to set each item in "securedIslands" to true, but I have not tried that and I don't know what effect it will have. I'm guessing it will only change the map icon and not actually get rid of the portals, so that last one will be pointless.

Can you, please, update this guide to Two Crowns? In the save folder, it doesn't have the "unlocks" file. I just have a "global-v35.." and "island-v35..". I discovered how to change the coins and the stashed, but didn't find how to unlock the upgrades in the files.

Did you read the guide? It's not there. It's in one of the three folders described up top, depending which operating system you use.

Then look for it. Double check your operating system, make sure you're not looking at the wrong one.
