Description
The SwallowTail gunship is a compact but powerful surface attack aircraft capable of taking off and landing vertically on most small service decks. Originally created to fill the gap in short-range ground attack vehicles and to support coastal cruiser formations, the Swallowtail has been quickly indoctrinated into widespread service in the Twilight Guard and is now on the front lines in many areal invasion support wings.

I haven't gotten to replacing it's engines with steam yet unfortunately, without that it simply won't fly because fuel engines were broken. I have been updating most affected vehicles but I haven't gotten to all of them yet as you probably noticed.

Also, there is a bug with the game's AI that I don't think designers have any control over. When AI is set to fleet-movement or patrol the game completely ignores altitude requests (for some probably-dumb reason) and decides that flying at 0 meters is somehow a good idea.

it is very nice although, like most planes I've downloaded, seems to get stuck in the water a lot, anny suggestions to counter that?

It was actually based off a mod I had made for another game, just recreated in FTD.

Most of my other designs are completely original, but a few are my designs in other games moved into FTD.

i dont know if this happens for anyone else but for me its ai starts in off or on but not combat and when i switch it to combat after about 20 seconds it turns off again but then will stay in combat the second time. ALSO THIS THING IS AWESOME THX

I use alot of prefabs, it also just takes alot of pre-measuring components to fit them in the hull.

i see 3 spins blocks stacking metal blocks,fuel,and jet together at same place how you do that,because its looks effective while building small planes or drones
