Speed/Skybox/Shader Combo

Description
With permission from AssHunter (the original uploader)
NOTICE: As of last update, this may work on dev andstable. feel free to try it.

This is NOT just a skybox, it includes speed and 'shading' mod.
Tunnels are dark at night, and only slightly lit during the day, this is setting 0 on the sliders.
All other armor texture etc, remains the same.
LCD's no longer glow, and can be read easier.
Emmisive texture (gravity gen, reactor, etc.) only glow when a light is shined on them.
The world is generically darker.
Anyway, enjoy!

Speed is modded to 550 m/s (small ship) and 500 m/s (large ship)

Update 1.1 - Added screenshots, fixed thumb... that's pretty much it.
Update 1.2 - Added slightly more emmisive glow, (setting is now .6 from .3 that i had)
Update 1.3 - I edited in the eye adaptation to have a slightly faster transition. So you can go into a cave, and the cave will be dark after a second or so, it fades in slowly.
The shadows are lighter than before, and you can see the 'bark' on trees better. Unfortunately there's no way to fix the brightness of trees and there are some shadows I can't alter. If you shine a light on a tree you will see all the odd shadows. I also edited the darkness levels and you can now see slightly better in the dark, so to 'mimic' moonlight if it were to be above you... in a way.

(There are still some 'spongey?' spots, that just look bad.. gonna fix all that later. )
