Wow 30fps looks awful.

This is a combined version of Vred's and [FfF]G4RY BoURB!3R Insurgent sound mod. I really liked Vred's version but it didnt come with the voice commands. But G4RY BoURB!3R had the whole package. So what i did was mixed both. This mod bascially replaces all Insurgent voices with allahu akbars and arabic phrases from the middle east.

Guys I found a fix to the sounds working properly that works at least for me:
You have to delete the (insurgents snd chace file NOT original .vpk file) from steamapps\workshop\content\222880\757458080

The mod is broken, earape high pitch sound right insude your ear is continuous and on some servers it's just either high or lo pitch sound.
