i won it when i got the game, that was 3 years ago. it it because of the mods some people get?

still impossible, everytime i got stuck after i win the first race in ROC, the game freezes with a Welcome message in build 927

Actually it is impossible to win ROC. Ive tried 6 times and got stuck with Welcome message 6/6 times. And dat invisible wall at the end of the track omg.

You see in the top right how the numbers glitch and cross? That happens all over my screen even when i attampt to change the Resolution but it doesnt save my changes.
