Description
Полулегендарный монстр — матёрые сталкеры описывают его как высокого сутулого гуманоида со множеством щупалец на месте рта. По их словам, с помощью щупалец данное существо питается: впиваясь ими в шею живой жертвы, оно парализует свою добычу и высасывает её кровь; после такой процедуры от человека остаётся лишь высохшая, напоминающая мумию оболочка. Наиболее удивительное в кровососе — его способность становиться невидимым. Судя по всему, именно эти создания ответственны за смерть большого количества сталкеров. Мало кто из очевидцев остался в живых — и, судя по рассказам этих счастливчиков, для обитания кровососы предпочитают сырые места вроде болот и подземелий.

"A legendary monster - "stalkers" describe it as tall slouching humanoid with tentacles around its mouth. The bloodsuckers feed with those tentacles by digging it into prey's neck and sucks its blood. After such procedure human turns into a dry mummy-like shell. The most remarkable thing
about bloodsucker is ability to become invisible. Apparantely, these creatures exactly are responsible for death of many "stalkers". A few survived witnesses report that bloodsuckers prefer damp places like swamps and subterranean for hunting and living."
The bloodsucker is a mutant-monster from "S.T.A.L.K.E.R" game, based on original story "Roadside picnic" from brs Strugatskie.
