Description
This alternative Version of my Factionwide Military Upgrades Mod makes the effects of military upgrade Buildings (and Tents) factionwide for everyone, including migrating hordes and Belisarius' Expedition Camp.

Doesn't Work for me as White Huns, any idea what may be up? I have no other mods that would be in confliction with this one

A silly question, but - does the AI use it like a human would?

Hhmm, it would seem it just doesn't work for the nomad factions, like at all, NONE of the forces gets any upgrade whatsoever (even starting with the Tanukhids, which have the building in each of the two starting hordes, i can't upgrade a single unit).

So I can just build the required buildings in one place and it will upgrade? Can you make a mod that makes it so you can just start the campaign with all units in all factions have all the golden upgrade?
