- Ending A
Solve all cases, talk to Isabela at 10 AM and be at the helipad on time.

- Ending B
Don't solve all the cases but be at the helipad on time.

- Ending C
Solve all cases but don't talk to Isabela at 10 AM.

- Ending D
Be a prisoner of the Special Forces when times runs out.

- Ending E
Don't solve all of the cases and don't be at the helipad on time.

- Ending F
Fail to collect all of Carlito's bombs during Case 7-2.

There is a video on YouTube, check it out. Whether or not it is an unused ending in the games files, Im not sure.

There is an ending z where frank gets zombified. I think it occurs during overtime, if the special forces capture frank and he does not get his zombrex in time.
