[UPDATED] Dragunov SVU for m1a1

Get over here, Stalkers! (Duty Scorpion?)

I bring to you the Dragunov SVU, also known as SVUmk2. I know the original iron sights is different, but because of the difficulty on animations, I chose to embed Troy Night Sight.
