I know what you mean, after 2 million tests & updates, we often miss the obvious.
Isn't that awsome how we can't see those moves when we are the creator of the map? (so framed into our intended solution, we don't see the alternatives)

I placed speed gel towards the button that respawns the cube, causing the exit door to open. both sides of glass. I also fired it from flip panel above exit door.
then with a portal as near to the button that opens exit, I placed another by pedestal button which activates flip panel above door. (in 1st area)
pressed pedestal button, ran / hoped to button that opens door, went back to portal & fired another portal above exit, entered portal & dropped to exit & went through door.
bypassing most of your map.
