Description

- Window Fix -

Since both sides of a vertical wall can be seen when placed, this mod adds two sides to the vertical window and large window to complete the look. Updated for game version 2.01

This mod was originally created by RGeezy911 and was updated and reworked by Hiram Abiff.

This mod now uses its own custom sprites and materials.txt; this means it is now also compatible with other mods that change the objects.png file; such as "Papers Please", or the "Prisoner's of War" mods.

Hey guys, I have just updated my other version of this mod that adds an inner window sill, be sure to check it out and see if its more of what you're looking for. I don't update this mod with new sprites out of consideration for people who already have it installed and like it the way it is. If you truly want something different, please check out my other mod and let me know what you think.

I agree that the sprite could be improved, but that's something to leave in the "Suggestions and Ideas" discussion, not the actual comments of the mod.

Yes, but it's not so bad as it seems. The top layer of the wall looks thinner than the bottom one (otherwise we wouldn't be able to look at the "bottom" part of the wall. It might be because the top part is actually thinner, or just "a visual effect", in which case, the bars wouldn't be as thick as you think. Also, this is still better than the vanilla sprites, which adds a window to one side, but not even a hole in the other side, essentially making a window with bars and a brick (or cement) wall in the other side.

You guys do realise that this would only apply if the bars were as thick as the wall itself, which is absurd, you basically now have double barred windows on your vertical walls....
