MIght be partially/completely outdated since script system was reworked and sectors were added.

First, go back to one of fullsec NPCs. Let's take weyland.access for example.

Now, run that one command that gives a lot of text. "News" or "Posts" or whatever else.
Okay, now we are going to search for something. Usernames!
Example how this should look like:
2057AD D30
troy_cole of project Ap_calypse has come clean about the cancellation of her product. 'We just can't justify the cost.' she said.
Now, notice username? "troy_cole".
Another example:
We've got the bad guys on the run!' — jamesb when being asked about new developments on dr8cii progress.
jamesb is the username.
Okay, write down one of them. You'll need only one.
Now, run scripts.highsec and scripts.midsec
weyland.access was public fullsec script.
We need something like "weyland.private", or "weyland.members_only", or something similar.
Okay, run it. It asks for username. Run it with {username:"your_stored_username"}
Now it displays menu, commands and how to run em. Good, you're halfway there.
Now, run faq. Notice it shows you two commands: one of them was in the menu, second one is new. QR-related. (If you do not see anything pertaining QR run the faq command a few times).
Ok, run that QR command. order_qrs for example.
It shows you bunch of QR codes. Now, this is the hard part: you need to decode em somehow. I prefer to scan em with my phone, you may use dtr's script, or maybe your own.
Scanned? Good. If not, try other QR or try different angles.
Of all the info QR contained, you need id. I recommend scanning multiple QRs and storing all IDs you can get.
Now, run last command from the menu. cust_service or something like it. It asks for order_id.
Well, input order_id:"id you got before"
It shows you t2 npcs.
