In this quest your asked by a lone fisherman at the front of the ship to make a upgraded fishing rod, then continued to be asked to catch a squid.

Making the fishing rod is probably the hardest part of this quest, once you accept the quest your given a blueprint which allows you to make the fishing rod.

After you've made the fishing rod and returned to the fisherman, you will be asked to catch a squid.

As I previously said after you've made the fishing rod your asked to catch a squid for a reward, this is basic unturned fishing, if you dont know how todo that, you'll need a youtube tutorial :)
