In this section im going to go through all the NPC's however there are some we cant yet interact with.


Sydney is the commander of the Liberator and is looking to civilize the remains of russia, after completing all the current quests she recruits you into the Coalition giving you some clothing to go with.


Laurence is Sydneys right hand man and helps him out anyway possible, he is often responisible for giving you quests.
Quests:'Getting the word out' and 'On Air'


Len is the brute force on the Liberator and will take care of any... unfinished business. However as of now you never actually speak to him properly, he just grumbles violently.
Hes known as Traitor in the game files.....


Brian is a cop on the case... for doughnuts! He appears to be a suriving officer prehaps from PEI or Washington.
Quests:'The Secret Snack'


Natalie is the Liberators only surviving mechanic, she will issue u with the tools to repair the broadcast tower, she doesn't talk much else.


Walace is probably the first NPC you'll meet on your way onto the Liberator by air or teleport. Hes been trying to catch a squid and could use your help!
Quests:'The ultimate fishing rod' and 'The one that got away'


Leonard is the ships Chef and doesn't yet have any quests for you, however he does trade experience for food!
Vendor:'Leonard's Fresh Food Market'


Rusty is the ships Janitor and is responsible for keeping the Liberator looking fresh! He needs you to head into St. Petersberg to go and collect some white paint for the sign!
Quests:'A fresh coat of paint'


P.Riso had a run into the law before the apocolypse and is now hiding under the stairs on the Liberator, hes speaks to you about his friend, T.Rickster and suggests you help him. He also sells items
Vendor:'P.Riso's Hot Stuff'


T.Rickster is a friend of P.Riso's and asks you to smuggle a Stealy Wheely Automobiley into his cell using a cake, after completing his quest your able to unlock a vendor selling all kinds of 'Dangerous drugs' but watch out Rozzy and Roze might just confiscate them from you!
