@mangiferaindica: Stuffed Turtle is part of base game. Do you mean the orange thing that looks like crosshair I believe it appears on everything that you click on the map, or at least if you have that objective tracked as a quest. I don't exactly remember, but it's not DLC.

Also note that quarantine zones won't appear at first except I DLC quarantine zones if I remember correctly, which you instantly know location of at the start of the game. But non DLC quarantine zones such as Stuffed Turtle you have to find those before it shows up on map as well as in your mission journal as a repeatable quest.

Is the Stuffed Turtle quarantize zone part of DLC? That 'circle' didn't show up in my map...
