@Tehda!: The numbers in the table refer to the numbers on the buttons at the start. Referring to the preview image here on Steam, a 3 in the table would refer to the top-left button in this example.
@McDude73: You get a strike when you make a mistake. Without a more specific question regarding the wording of the manual page, I can’t help you; all I can say is follow the instructions in the manual.

@Timwi: Well I sort of can get the row, but then when I try to place X's or O's on the display, sometimes it just gives me a strike.

well, that comment is 6 days old, it was not showing because monsplode or some other mod screwed with the manual creation.

@porcu93: It does appear in the generated manual for me.

@McDude73: The first page of the manual explains how to determine the starting row. Exactly which part of these rules do you find unclear?

How do I start of with the row numbers? I don't get how you are getting row 4-9.
