Description
This mod adds the Speed Force as a civilization, lead by The Flash. Requires BNW and G&K.

UA: Flashpoint
+1 Movement for civilian Units. -50% Road maintenance cost. +10% global Speedster generation for each City connected to the Capital.
UU: Speedster
Speed Force unique replacement for the Great Scientist. Can Hurry Production or Discover Technology more powerfully than normal. Has 6 Movement.
UB: Flash Museum
Speed Force unique replacement for the Observatory. Can be built in the Capital or any Cities connected to it. Science bonus reduced to +30%, but grants a boost of 10 Culture whenever a Speedster is expended. Units trained in the City gain +1 Movement every 3 levels.

@Vaughnilla, mmmm? Haven't heard of that kind of thing before. Is there some sort of mod conflict? You should check your logs for errors, specifically the Database log.

Is it just me but I am not able to use flashes UA in game. The UU and UB are both there but I was only getting 2 movement on my civilian units and paying 1 gold per road.

@deadshot, um, generally my mods do need both DLC packs, just to be safe, but this MIGHT be one of them that can work just fine without one or both of the DLCs. Feel free to try it, but I give no guarantee it won't cause problems without the DLCs.

I think the map I made would allow for over 150. :) Perhaps I am a bit of a maniac.

@greekscreech, ....wow. You have a problem with founding cities. Yeah, I wasn't sure anyone would get up to that many, so the math in my code only supports up to 31 cities. Any more than that, and it rolls back to 0. I'll update it so it can go to 63, and upload it very shortly. If you have a save game, loading it after downloading the updated files will hopefully work. Let me know either if there are any bugs introduced, or if you're going to need more than 63, you maniac.
