This mod can be use with "Earth Ice Retextured 3" one mentioned in requested element for better water graphism result.

Use /wcreate first
**Use /wradius 1.0003 parameter with "Water Mod" if you want to use it with "Water World" planet mod**

Ok did you create water first with before you have chose the radius settings ?

I like subnautica too ;) but you can add sea level by changing /wradius parameter from 1.0003 to what ever you want, be careful tho all lands may be under water very quickly, i would not use more than /wradius 1.005
