Robinhood Build [NERFED][NOT AS EFFECTIVE]
By RoboRexton
This build takes advantage of the high damage output of the Bows/Crossbows and combines that with dodge to make the ultimate One Down build! I call it the robinhood build for the reason of it uses Bows/Crossbows and moves quickly.

Introduction
Have you ever wanted to become the best archer you can be in PAYDAY 2? Well look no further, the Robinhood build is right for you. Using the combined power of the bows/crossbows with the mobility and durability of an armor+dodge build, you'll never be more viable to do One Down! I have personally obtained my One Down mask using this build and only this build [for loud].
Required DLCs
The Gage Chivalry Pack

The entire basis of this build is using Bows and Crossbows, how can you be expected to do that without The Gage Chivalry Pack?

The Gage Ninja Pack

Can't use the Pistol Crossbow or the Kunai Knife without this one, so you definitely need to pick it up.

The Gage Mod Courier

This one is more on the optional side as it only gives you the pistol sight for the pistol crossbow, however it also gives you lots of other nifty things, so if you don't already have this one, it's ony $2.99 and worth it.

The Butcher's Western Pack

The Western Pack is 100% Not Required however, if the plainsrider bow is the bow you intend to use, you'll need to pick this one up.
Weapons
Primary Weapon
Here's where the fun part begins. For our primary you will have a variety of 4 weapons to choose from (3 if you didn't bother with the western pack): The heavy crossbow, the light crossbow, the english longbow, and the plainsrider bow. The heavy crossbow and english longbow both have 4,000 damage which can oneshot any-non special on One Down with a body shot, and any special with a headshot. The light crossbow and the plainsrider bow both do 1,500 damage, which can still oneshot and unit on One Down, and headshot any special with the exception of dozers which will be brought to near death with a no-visor headshot and can then be two shotted in the body. In my opinion, the choice of weapons is a no-brainer, and I of course went with:
The light crossbow. There's no need to modify any of the bows as they lose nearly all of their damage with a different ammo type, and the boosts will do practically nothing. I did add a concealment boost to my bow as I'm a cheeky ♥♥♥♥ and want to have 3 detection instead of 4.

Secondary Weapon
For the secondary weapon, the only one that would fit with a robinhood build would of course be the pistol crossbow.
The way that we'll be modding this weapon is as follows:

Ammunition
We'll be using explosive bolts in this sidearm for a multitude of reasons.
1. It takes out shields.
2. Two bolts will knock a dozers face mask off.
3. Good with stunning enemies.
4. When trying to run through a crowd, you may get stuck on enemies. One of these bolts to the ground will knock down all of the enemies around you which allows you to book it the ♥♥♥♥ out unscathed.

Barrel
This part is based on which limb you think looks better, I like to use carbon fiber as it looks sexier imo. They both +1 concealment, so no reason not to pick one up.

Grip
The Camo grip: +1 Concealment.
That other grip: Not +1 Concealment.
Obvious choice.

Sight
With all the options you're presented this one's a tough choice. There's just so many. I'm sure you can make the right decision.

Melee Weapon
As mentioned before, we'll be using the Kunai Knife.
This nifty little weapon will do you a lot of good.
1. You can get hostages easily.
2. It's fun to shank the cops.
3. It's really fun to watch the cops vomit.
4. It takes out any non-special in 4-5 very quick hits.
5. It imobilizes enemies for a short period of time.
Oh, and did I mention it goes great for a robinhood themed build.

Throwable
Alright time to cut the ♥♥♥♥. Now I could just say "Get Javelins it's a Robinhood themed build." NO. As much as that would match it's not going to do ♥♥♥♥ on One Down. You need something explosive. You need something that can't be shot out of the air and blow up in your face. You need a couple of red sticks tied together with a fuse. Don't know what I'm talking about yet? Well for one you're a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idiot, and for two it's:
Dynamite. For all the reasons listed above (mainly the red sticks, that's the most important part).
Equipment
Armor
For armor we'll be using the Lightweight Ballistic Vest.
What did you expect it's an armor+dodge crook build?

Deployable
We'll be using Medkits as they come in handy at all times when trying to dodge.
They're also particularilly usefull when combined with the Uppers skill to refill teammates health instantly that go down near them. This effect will not count as a down and is very usefull when on One Down. The only other alternative I'd reccomend is doctor bags if that floats your goat.
Skills
Here's where all the magic happens. Without skills this build would be useless. So let's skip the nonsense and jump right into this.

Mastermind
We'll only be focusing on the left side of the skill tree as that's all we'll need to be the medic that we need to be. Ace every skill other than the deployable that you're not taking with you. Since I'll be bringing medkits, I don't need the skill for doctor bags. If I were getting them however, I would move the skill points out of uppers into it. Inspire is essential for revivng teammates on One Down.
Your teammates will go down, and you will too, it's inevitable. So being able to get everyone back up is the best skill you can take with you to One Down. The other ♥♥♥♥ just makes you give your teammates more health and 5 seconds of almost immortality shortly after being revived.

Enforcer
We'll be using armor dodge with a lightweight ballistic vest so getting the extra armor from Die Hard aced and Iron Man basic is pretty crucial. Transporter is primarily filler however the basic throwing bags 50% farther is handy. Also ace the first tier skill, because ♥♥♥♥ flashbangs.

Technician
This part is by far the most intricate. You'll need to leave every skill untouched, this may be difficult but I think you can do it.

Ghost
This is where we get our dodge skills. You'll only need sneaky bastard basic as the weapons and equipment should bring you down to 3-4 concealment which renders the aced version useless. We'll ace duck and cover for some increased dodge, as well as get aced inner pockets for some extra concealment that we'll need for that 3-4 concealment. Parkour aced to make run dodging easier, and shockproof because ♥♥♥♥ tasers.

Fugitive
This part is very crucial. In One Down you die... a lot. Being as resistent to death as possible will be extremely usefull so you won't have to be in custody all that much, or at all. Messiah and feign death help you get up after you've gone down, and swan song allows you to get to a spot where your teammates can revive you. Or maybe even allow you to revive a teammate if they're down. Not to mention Nine Lives giving you an extra down before custody essentially making the gamemode Two Down. Every build should have this for one down.

Perk Deck
For the perk deck we'll be using crook.
A brief summary of what it does: Gives you more dodge for using ballistic vests. So without this we'd be getting a very minimal amount of dodge so this part is crucial.

@Dashing I don't mean to sound rude, but my style of guide making isn't really a team-effort type of thing. I'd love to, but it just wouldn't work. Plus this one's already done. (And nerfed, rip)

Is it possible that I could collaborate with you on this guide?

Actually, you may wanna shoot some of these bows at the target dummy in the safehouse, just to be sure.
