That's how I lost my knife 3 years ago, it was a horrible day, I was stupid and young. So never trust anybody.

Not every transaction can be reverted, it could be that the circumstances of low price of items combined with the fact you bought for game you already own made all transactions pass without any pending checks.
I don't know the exact system so I can't tell much about it.
If you want an extra layer of protection, you can create a new Steam account and set it up as a Family Manager under Steam’s Family settings (Steam > Settings > Family). Then, add your main account as a child account.
With this setup, the new "adult" account can apply restrictions on features like trading and the Community Market. When your main (child) account tries to buy something from the Market, Steam will prompt for the Family PIN you created during setup. Without that PIN, the purchase can't go through.
Be very careful not to lose your Family PIN. If you forget it, there's a chance even Steam Support might not be able to recover or reset it.
Steam support can revert trades if they were very recent, thats why sometimes you get the "Pending" balance when selling items on community market
@JADZA
No way to return skins, they are gone
As for prime it's not lost, they most likely deleted the game from account, you should be able to restore it there
