You simply have to delete the actual entrance path by the One with this building ;)

Question, how do you replace the default park entrance with this? Or does there have to be two of them.

I really like this. I love those tops and use them a lot myself! I think the clock looks a little to big for the building tho. If I were to use it Id raise the roof 1m and tighten the colums around the windows.
