Description
Old dirt and stone roads will be available after 1925. Both Europe and USA.

@Expression, I didn't find where the end date is defined for old airports. I can do if I can figure how.

Could you make it so that the small airport (The one with a dirt runway and such) doesn't have a end date? Could be very nice when making very rural airports.

Speed limits are default, this only removes the end date.
