This is a simple and quick guide, on how to convert a Youtube video into a wallpaper.

Please keep in mind that some Youtubers, have copyrights on their videos so please don't just
"steal" their videos, without asking them or going through their copyrights.

Step 1

Find the Youtube video, that you would like to convert into a video wallpaper.

Example
I'm going to use this video throughout this guide.

Step 2

Now click on the link below, this will take you to a website, which allows you to download any Youtube video. http://en.savefrom.net/1-how-to-download-youtube-video/ Ones that you have opened savefrom net, simply copy and paste the Youtube videos URL into savefrom net ( youtube downloading website )

Step 3

Now download the video, by clicking on the arrow beside the URL you copy-pasted in earlier. Now you have got a few options concerning graphics and sound, feel free to choose what fits you best. I normally pick the format with the best graphic and without sound, since must people have muted their backgrounds. ( While gaming etc ).

Step 4 [ Optional ]

Please keep in mind that this step is completely optional if you don't want/need to edit your video, then feel free to skip this step

For improvements or to shorten the length of your videos, you'll need to edit and or crop it. If you haven't bought licenses to any editing software yet, you can download "Videopad Editing Software". And you will get a weeks trial, for a further notice about copyrights read their notepad. Or simply search the copyrights up on their website

Step 5

Now simply upload the wallpaper Look at your windows bar -> Show hidden icons -> Wallpaper engine -> Create Wallpaper -> New video wallpaper -> Find the file name -> Fill in the rest of the information.

Sometimes it doesn't allow you to download Ex. 1080p
This can be fixed by reloading, or waiting half an hour (usually.)

Yea inserting the youtube link, into safefrom is safe. But I don't know about, downloading their program.
